I'll be adding a button for skipping sex scenes after unlocking the scene for the first time and as for the combat, I won't be doing a complete overhaul because I want the combat to be as simple as it is.
I've been looking at the card-based games like you've mentioned and even bought the popular one, Slay the Spire. The overall experience is fun! especially the card-based mechanics! might be implemented on it! or make a new game with that mechanic

Is this game still in development?
Sorry for the late reply, everything has been on pause since last January. I decided to focus on the last 6 months of college.
As for the game, there is a possibility of a remake. The programming side is not good for the long term.
-Let me fast forward the h-scene. Being forced to wait for minutes is ridiculous.
-Combat is very bland. If you dont know how to make it fun make it card based, that always works for turn based.
